By accessing or using AutomateVia's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
AutomateVia provides AI and business automation consulting services. Our services include strategy audits, workflow automation, AI implementation, and ongoing support. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built solutions and deliverables created specifically for their project. AutomateVia retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential learnings in future projects.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutomateVia's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. For project-based work, termination terms are specified in individual agreements. Upon termination, clients receive all completed deliverables.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
