1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of AutomateVia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
AutomateVia provides AI and business automation consulting and services. Our services include strategy audits, workflow automation, AI implementation, and ongoing support. Specific deliverables and timelines are set out in individual project agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built solutions and deliverables developed specifically for their project. AutomateVia retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential insights in future projects.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutomateVia's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. For project-based work, termination terms are set out in individual agreements. On termination, clients receive all completed deliverables.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
