Zwemschool Turbo is Rotterdam's top swim school — founded in 1999 by Master Abdelaziz (Best Swim Instructor of the Netherlands, World Awards Nominee). With 10,000+ diploma graduates and 7 locations across the Netherlands and Morocco, they needed a digital platform that could keep pace with their growth.
The Challenge
Sign-ups came in via paper forms and phone calls. Payments were processed manually. With 7 locations (Rotterdam-West, Charlois, Spijkenisse, Vlaardingen, Krimpen, Amsterdam-Bijlmer, and Morocco) it was impossible to keep track of everything. Leads fell through the cracks and parents waited too long for a response.
The Solution
We built a complete digital platform with online sign-up, lesson selection by location, integrated Mollie payments (iDEAL, credit card), a direct exam-booking module, diploma requirements pages (A/B/C), and automated follow-up. Parents can now register their child and pay in 3 minutes — 24/7.
